G7x Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the g7x platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By registering an account or accessing any part of the g7x platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The g7x platform is only available to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia or an approved region;
- Not prohibited by local laws from using online entertainment services;
- Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
G7x reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts that are unable to complete verification may be temporarily suspended until the process is finalised.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the g7x platform. Registering a second or additional account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds frozen pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information discovered at any time may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.
Account security is the sole responsibility of the account holder, including:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone;
- Log out of your account when using a shared device;
- Report to g7x support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Do not use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
G7x shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the g7x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through approved payment methods listed in your account wallet section.
Important information regarding financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are stated within the platform;
- Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated;
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require identity confirmation;
- G7x reserves the right to withold withdrawals for up to 30 business days where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms;
- Bonuses and promotions may carry rollover requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted — please review the specific terms of each bonus;
- Any attempt to engage in money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
G7x does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply separate charges that are beyond our control.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the g7x platform for any purpose that contravenes Malaysian law or established usage norms, including:
- Using bots, automated software, or technical means to gain an unfair advantage;
- Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
- Disrupting the operation of the platform, servers, or system security;
- Using another person's account or allowing others to access yours;
- Publishing content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to other users through the platform.
Limitation of Liability
The g7x platform is provided on an "as is" basis. g7x makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or unplanned downtime at all times. Any losses arising from service interruptions, system errors, or circumstances beyond our control will not be borne by g7x.
G7x's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total active funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
G7x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of the terms and conditions set out in this document;
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age;
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any attempt to exploit the system;
- Accounts inactive beyond the specified period with no activity;
- A request made by the user to voluntarily close their account.
When an account is closed at the user's request, eligible funds will be returned once identity verification is complete. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms may have funds withheld pending the outcome of a full investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g7x platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of g7x or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from g7x.
Third-Party Links
The g7x platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. g7x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
G7x reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law
